The SmartNotebook Pocket Size Smart Flex is a compact branded notebook made from sugar cane bagasse paper that fits a jacket pocket and connects to your phone in seconds. Each of the 174 dotted pages carries a QR code that links to the SmartNotebook app, letting anyone scan, share, or organize their handwritten notes digitally. Your logo is applied to the flexible cover via Deboss/Emboss, Full-Color Process, or Screen Print, so it stays visible every time the notebook comes out of a pocket or bag. Hand it out at events, include it in welcome kits, or send it as a client gift wherever you want your brand part of someone's everyday note-taking.

- Artwork: send your logo in any format you have. We prefer a vector or high-resolution file, but we'll prepare it for print ourselves and email a proof for your approval first.

There is no fixed minimum to meet. Your price begins at the lowest quantity shown in the tiers on this page, so you only buy what you actually need. Share your run size and we'll build you a quote.
Your logo is applied to the flexible cover, within a 3" W x 3" H imprint area. Available methods are Deboss/Emboss, Full-Color Process, and Screen Print. Standard silk-screen colors or a digital full-color print are both options.
We can usually work to whatever date you're aiming for. Contact us with your needed-by date and we'll confirm the timing for your order, flagging the fastest path if you're in a hurry.
We'd ideally start from a vector or high-resolution logo, but we'll meet you wherever you are. Send what you have, or describe your idea, and our team turns it into print-ready artwork, with a proof to approve before we run your order.
The free SmartNotebook app is available for iOS and Android. Scan any page's QR code to digitize your handwritten notes, share them, create alerts, or edit them on your device. No special pen is needed to use the app.
