A short hello from our founder, and what you can expect when you order with us.
Hear from one of our clients about what it was like to work with our team.
Custom candles with logo keep your brand on a desk or a kitchen table, in view every time someone lights one. Start with who it's for: a small tin for every attendee, or a boxed candle for one client you want to thank. You choose the candle and approve the design, and we take care of the sourcing, the branding and the delivery.
Either describe the job and your headcount, and your account manager will send back a few options with a proof to approve. Or start with the range below and send your inquiry from there. Either way, nothing is made until you've approved it.
When every attendee gets one, go with a 2 oz screw-top tin, a 3 oz votive with matches or a bamboo tea light holder with its candle. You can slip these small promotional candles into a conference bag or stack them on a trade show table, so handing one to every attendee stays easy. We'll put your logo on the lid or the glass.
In a welcome kit for new hires, pair a tin with a few pieces from our Home and Auto collection. People light a candle again on later evenings, so your logo gets seen on a shelf or a nightstand for weeks after the event. If the gift has to feel personal to one senior client, move up to the boxed formats below.
Client and closing gifts start with custom candles that arrive in a box or tube. If you're not yet sure what the gift needs, the 8 oz scented tumbler in a gift box or tube is our usual pick. Law firms and physician offices give these personalized candles to thank one client at a time, and so do businesses across the more than 20 industries we work with.
When you hand it over to a client, the size and the box are what make it feel like a proper gift, more than the scent or the price. We print your logo in full color on the box or tube for the handover, and print or engrave it on the glass so it stays on the desk.
Home closings and welcome gifts for new tenants call for something that lives in the kitchen, such as a 16 oz wide mouth mason jar or an amber jar with a lid. Pair one with a piece from Kitchenware and you've got a closing gift that gets used in the new home every week.
Choose a leatherette sleeve if you'd like a pressed logo the client can feel as well as see. For a lighter look, go with a frosted glass jar with a cork lid. For an end of year client gift with more to open, add something from Wine and Cheese Accessories.
Burn time depends on two things: how much wax the vessel holds and which wax you pick. A bigger vessel burns for more hours, and soy generally burns slower than a paraffin blend of the same size. We confirm the exact hours for your chosen candle before you order. If you want one safe pick, choose a soy candle in a 3.5 oz glass jar with a light scent. A light scent suits a mixed room, where a strong one divides people. Glass also gives your logo a smooth, flat surface to sit on.
Two forks cover most of the remaining decisions:
One candle can feel light for a top client. A gift set, such as Glimmer, Ignite, Silhouette or Snowed In, adds weight, and a soy candle paired with a throw gives your team something cozy to take home.
You see a digital proof before anything is made, minimums start at 1 unit (varies by product), and your account manager handles it all. If it isn't right, we make it right.
Businesses mostly give custom candles as client gifts, staff gifts and event handouts, from trade show bags and closing gifts to end of year thank yous and welcome kits for new hires. A candle is one of the few promotional products people keep at home or on a desk, so your brand gets seen again each time it's lit.
We print, engrave or press your logo onto the container or the packaging, since the wax itself isn't printed. Glass takes a printed logo, tins and copper take engraving or a one-color print, and leatherette sleeves get a debossed logo you can feel. Every order of custom candles with logo comes with a digital proof, so you'll see exactly how your logo sits on the candle before anything is made. Just ask if you'd like a physical sample first.
A light scent is the safest choice for corporate gift candles going to mixed groups, clinics and shared offices. Save a stronger scent for when you know the person's taste.
Minimums vary by candle, and you'll find each one listed on its product page. Size a handout order to your headcount and a gift order to your recipient list, and your account manager can suggest a quantity.
Order as early as your date allows, and your account manager will advise a start date that works back from it. Allow more time for boxed formats and gift sets than for small tins. If you're in a hurry we have a quick delivery option, and we'll tell you the timing straight away and keep you posted all the way through.
