The Zapped Blackhawk Hat Blank is a five panel cap with a curved brim, cut from polyester that sheds light rain. Teardrop laser perforations let air through the crown on warm days, and the adjustable snapback fits most heads. Nothing runs through the front panel, so a logo added to order sits on one unbroken surface, with the exact spot and size settled when we quote the job.
