This Zapped Blackhawk Elite Hat Blank has a structured six panel profile and a pre-curved brim, cut from a nylon and spandex blend that sheds light rain and still stretches with the wearer. Circular laser perforations keep the crown ventilated, and the TPU snapback is soft against the skin as it adjusts. Panels are free of clutter, so a logo added to order has room to be seen, and we settle its spot and size on your quote.
