The Ray rPET Pouch is built from 600D rPET polyester, spun from post-consumer recycled plastic bottles into a fabric that holds its shape and carries your brand well. Your logo is applied via Screen Print or Heat Transfer across a wide front imprint area, with a tone-on-tone color finish that sharpens the decorated look. - Artwork: a high-resolution or vector logo gives the cleanest result, but it's not required. Send what you have and we'll get it print-ready, then email a proof before production.

Your logo is applied by Screen Print or Heat Transfer on the front of the pouch. The imprint area is 6" W x 2" H for both methods, giving you wide, clear placement across the front face.

A vector or high-res logo file is ideal, though we're set up to work from far less. Even a simple idea gets us started. We handle making it print-ready and email a proof for you to approve before we begin production.
It's a real recycled material. rPET polyester is made by melting down post-consumer plastic bottles and other material sources into new polyester fiber. The 600D shell of this pouch uses that process. The zipper and labels are standard materials, not rPET.
