This women's all-conditions jacket is parka length and critically seam-sealed to stand up to wet, wind and cold with reliable three-season protection. Women's All-Conditions Jacket features your brand on the center back, embroidered or screen printed once you order, with the quote giving the exact placement. It suits crews working outside, staff on the job site, or any team that spends the day in rough weather. The adjustable hood and storm flap with snap closures help keep the weather out.
