This open-crown visor is made from 100% rPET twill, sourced from post-consumer recycled plastic, so your logo travels on a product with a real sustainability story. Your logo is applied to the front panel by Embroidery or Heat Transfer, with a clean imprint placement that stays sharp through regular wear. It works as a branded giveaway at charity walks, sports tournaments, company picnics, or any event where people spend time outdoors, putting your logo on display for hours at a stretch. The pre-curved visor and double layer sweatband keep it comfortable in the heat, which means people actually wear it.

Your logo can be Embroidered or Heat Transferred onto the front panel of the visor. Embroidery fits within a 4 1/2" W x 1 3/16" H imprint area; Heat Transfer fits within a 3 1/2" W x 1 3/16" H imprint area.
Timing is something we manage every day, including last-minute runs. Share your needed-by date when you reach out and we'll confirm a plan that gets your order to you when you need it.

Yes. The shell is 100% rPET twill, made by melting down post-consumer plastic bottles and other recycled sources to create new polyester fiber. The sweatband, lining, thread, closure, and label are not rPET.
