Insert Cards give your packaging, mailers, and gift boxes a polished, on-brand finishing touch. Printed in full color on 10-point matte cover stock, they reproduce your artwork crisply and hold up in a box without curling. Use them in gift boxes, product mailers, new client welcome packages, or any kit where a personal branded note completes the experience. Multiple sizes are available, from business card size up to a larger format, so you can match the card to whatever packaging you are working with.

- Lead Time: deadlines are part of what we do, including urgent runs. Contact us with your needed-by date and we'll confirm a plan that lands on time.
- Artwork: no print-ready file needed on your end. A vector or high-res logo is ideal, but whatever you have works, and we'll get it ready and email a proof before anything runs.

We don't set a fixed minimum. Pricing starts at the lowest quantity in the tiers on this page, so a smaller run is completely fine. Just tell us the number you're thinking of and we'll quote it for you.
Business card size insert cards are printed with a 1-color imprint on one side. All other sizes (3" x 5", 4" x 6", and 5" x 7") support up to four-color printing on one or both sides using full-color process.
Timing is something we manage every day, including last-minute runs. Share your needed-by date when you reach out and we'll confirm a plan that gets your order to you when you need it.
We work most cleanly from a vector or high-res logo, but we're happy to work with whatever you can send. Even just an idea gives us a starting point. We'll make it print-ready and share a proof to approve before production begins.
