FAQ's
There is no fixed minimum to meet. Your price begins at the lowest quantity shown in the tiers on this page, so you only buy what you actually need. Share your run size and we'll build you a quote.
Lid or mug, you decide: a laser engraved logo is centered on the bamboo lid, and a screen printed one goes on the mug, centered or wrapped around it. That lets you mark the bamboo, the ceramic or both.
We can usually work to whatever date you're aiming for. Contact us with your needed-by date and we'll confirm the timing for your order, flagging the fastest path if you're in a hurry.
We'd ideally start from a vector or high-resolution logo, but we'll meet you wherever you are. Send what you have, or describe your idea, and our team turns it into print-ready artwork, with a proof to approve before we run your order.
The FSC bamboo lid doubles as a coaster, so it works under the mug on a desk as well as on top of it. Without the lid the mug is suitable for microwave use, but it is not for dishwashers.
