The 6X6 Full Color Mailer Box wraps your brand around the entire outside of the box with edge-to-edge full-color graphics, so the first thing someone sees when a package arrives is your logo and artwork. The roll-end tuck-front construction is sturdy enough to protect the contents in transit, and a two-sided imprint option lets you brand the inside as well, turning the unboxing itself into a branded moment. Use it for client gifts, product launches, new hire onboarding kits, subscription boxes, or any occasion where the packaging is part of the experience. Custom sizes are available on request, and the box is made in the USA.

Your design is printed using four-color process digital print. The outside imprint area covers the full exterior panel, and you can add a two-sided imprint to brand the inside of the box as well.

A vector or high-res logo file is our preference, though honestly we'll take it however you've got it. Send what you have, or just tell us your idea, and our team makes it print-ready and sends a proof to sign off before production.
