FAQ's
No minimum is fixed in stone. Pricing starts at the lowest quantity in the tiers shown on this page, so a modest order works fine. Tell us roughly how many you're after and we'll quote it back to you.
Your logo can be Screen Printed on the front within a 3" x 3" area, or Laser Engraved onto the bamboo lid (2½" x 1") or the tumbler body in an oversized 2½" x 4½" placement. Laser engraving produces a tone-on-tone mark directly in the surface.
We move at the pace your deadline needs. Send the date you need them by with your quote and we'll confirm the timing, so you know it's covered before anything is scheduled.
Send your logo however suits you. We'd love a vector or high-resolution file, but we'll happily take what you have and prepare it for print ourselves. A proof comes your way to approve before anything goes into production.
Yes, the Carolina Intrepid is BPA free and meets FDA requirements. Hand wash is recommended to preserve the powder coated finish and the bamboo lid and handle.
