You set the run size. We don't enforce a fixed minimum, and pricing starts at the lowest quantity listed in the on-page tiers. Let us know the number you're planning for and we'll quote it straight back.
Your logo is Screen Printed on the front within a 3" wide by 2" tall imprint area, or Laser Engraved within a 2" wide by 1¾" tall area. Laser Engraving settles into the ceramic without oxidation, leaving a permanent tonal mark. You choose the method when you request a quote.
Deadlines are our specialty, including the urgent ones. Send the date you need them by and we'll confirm a schedule built around it when we put your quote together.
A vector or high-res file is ideal, and not having one is also fine, just tell us what you're after. Either way we make your logo print-ready and send a proof for your approval before anything heads to print.
Hand wash is recommended to preserve the handcrafted speckled finish and the imprint over time. The ceramic finish also varies slightly from piece to piece, which is a natural feature of the handcrafted process. The mug meets FDA requirements.
