FAQ's
We don't set a fixed minimum. Pricing starts at the lowest quantity in the tiers on this page, so a smaller run is completely fine. Just tell us the number you're thinking of and we'll quote it for you.
Your logo is printed using Full-Color Process (4-color process wrap imprint) directly on the mug body. The imprint area is 7½" wide by 2¾" tall, covering the full wrap around the mug, so photos, gradients, and detailed artwork all reproduce cleanly.
Timing is something we manage every day, including last-minute runs. Share your needed-by date when you reach out and we'll confirm a plan that gets your order to you when you need it.
We work most cleanly from a vector or high-res logo, but we're happy to work with whatever you can send. Even just an idea gives us a starting point. We'll make it print-ready and share a proof to approve before production begins.
Yes. The 11 Oz. Full Color Aztec Mug meets FDA requirements for food contact. Hand washing is recommended to keep the full-color imprint looking its sharpest over time.
